​Important Note: Colorado Dept. of Revenue has been cracking down on vendors at events to ensure they are paying sales tax. We have received notice from the state that they may be requesting vendor lists this year, so please make sure you are following tax rules and submitting the 2.9% State Tax and the 4% Dolores sales tax on taxable items. You can apply the first time using form DR 0589 (Special Event Sales Tax Application) or renew your application from previous years using form DR 0593 (Renewal of Multiple Event Sales Tax License) and submit your taxes using form DR 0098 (Special Event Retail Sales Tax Return). Dolores Spring Craft Bazaar - April 19th

  • Saturday, April 19th, 9am - 4pm at the Dolores Community Center

  • Cannot sign up here, contact Laurie McGuire at (970)759-3601 to reserve vendor space

 

Dolores Farmers Market (no fees)

  • Wednesday's from June - September, 4pm - 7pm at Flanders Park

  • The Town of Dolores has taken over the Dolores Farmers Markets. Please reach out to them with any questions.

 

Dolores RiverFest - June 7th

  • Saturday, June 7th, 10am - 10pm at Joe Rowell Park

  • Vendor space is thru Greater Dolores Action, check their website for updates on when to sign up at https://www.doloresriverfest.org/

 

Dolores Community-Wide Yard Sale & Flea Market - June 14th

  • Saturday, June 14th, Flea Market is 8am - 4pm at Flanders Park

  • $25 for any booth space in Flanders, within the grassy areas.

  • Electricity available near public bathrooms.

 

Boggy Draw Beat Down Mountain Bike Race - August 2nd

  • Saturday, August 2nd, 8am - 2pm at Flanders Park

  • $25 for any space, within the flagged grassy area in Flanders Park

  • No electricity available this year from Town Hall.

  • DJ Music, Kids games, Beer Tent, Race Awards

Escalante Days - August 9th

  • Saturday August 9th at Flanders Park

  • 9am - 7pm Saturday

  • $75 for a 12x12 space, $125 for a 12x24 space. Limited to 40 spaces.

  • No electrical plug ins available, small quiet generators allowed if needed (must list if using)

  • Live Music, Parade, Chain Saw Competition, Arm Wrestling Contest, Kids Games, Beer Tent

Dolores Fall Craft Bazaar - September 13th

  • Saturday, September 13th, 9am - 4pm at the Dolores Community Center

  • Cannot sign up here, contact Laurie McGuire at (970)759-3601 to reserve vendor space

Dolores Harvest Fest & Car Show - October 4th

  • Saturday, October 4th at Joe Rowell Park

  • $50 for a 12x12 space, $80 for a 12x24 space

  • 10am - 6pm in the main baseball diamond

  • Electricity spots available for $10 additional (bring electrical cords)

  • Live Music, Car Show, Kids Games, Beer Tent, Hay Rides, Pumpkin Painting

Dolores Christmas Bazaar - December 6th

  • Saturday, December 6th, 9am - 4pm at the Dolores Community Center

  • Cannot sign up here, contact Laurie McGuire at (970)759-3601 to reserve vendor space

You will be directed to an online payment portal thru SquarePay after you hit the Submit button below. If you are paying by check or cash, you can close out the credit card payment window. All payments must be received 30 days prior to the event, otherwise your entry will be cancelled. You will receive an email confirming your submission after hitting the submit button below.
